The Functional lncRNA Database

Last updated: March 15, 2012

Welcome to the Functional lncRNA database, a repository of mammalian long non-protein-coding transcripts that have been experimentally shown to be both non-coding and functional. To search for a specific lncRNA, enter its name in the search box below and choose the appropriate species. Alternatively, you can browse all the lncRNAs at once. Currently the database contains lncRNAs from Human, Mouse and Rat.

If you would like to add a lncRNA to this database, please Email us the sequence of the mature RNA (the sequence of the RNA after splicing and other processing events, if relevant) plus any additional information that you would like to include. Thanks!
